Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to create and maintain data quality rules ensuring completeness and accuracy. You will support validations for new accounts and work with business stakeholders to resolve issues.

You will investigate defects, guide users on results, and participate in testing to ensure rules function as intended. A strong analytical mindset and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets using Excel and Power BI (user level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to data quality, data analysis, testing, or operational support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data quality rules focused on data completeness and accuracy.
• Support the implementation of standard and customized data quality validations for new accounts.
• Work with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand data quality requirements and resolve identified issues.
• Investigate data quality defects and provide guidance to users on validation results.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure data quality rules are working as expected.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data quality improvement initiatives.
