Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President, Quality Assurance in Corporate Audit to oversee QAIP, ensure IIA standard alignment, and drive continuous improvement across Internal Audit activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Internal Audit or related risk/compliance roles.
• Experience in global financial services and ECB regulatory context preferred.
• CIA/CPA/CISA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent certification valued.
• Strong understanding of IIA standards and audit quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA reviews of Internal Audit engagements and assess methodology adherence.
• Evaluate quality and sufficiency of workpapers and evidence.
• Ensure compliance with IIA standards and regulatory expectations.
• Direct QAIP enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance on quality review results.
• Offer governance reporting to local entities on QA matters.
• Challenge senior stakeholders with well-founded insights.
• Collaborate with global teams to strengthen audit effectiveness.
