Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Warsaw seeks an experienced Engineering Manager for Regulatory Engineering. You will lead cloud-native platforms and drive AI-enabled workflows to meet global regulatory obligations in GBM.

You will architect scalable, secure real-time processing systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with global technology and business teams. This role requires 8+ years in distributed systems and strong coding skills in Python, C++, or Java.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with real-time distributed processing systems.
• Experience migrating to cloud-based Lakehouse environments (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases and streaming tech such as Kafka/ElasticSearch.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project discussions, design, development and testing.
• Enforce development processes and best practices across teams.
• Guide the team to deliver scalable, secure systems while meeting regulatory obligations.
