Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional cloud experience.
• Experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem integration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cloud engineers.
• Oversee development of cloud patterns and solutions.
• Migrate applications to cloud and build cloud-native apps on AWS/hybrid.
• Champion security-first cloud onboarding for developers.
• Define product feature priorities aligned with business goals.
• Ensure highly available, resilient cloud architectures.
