Job summary

Goldman Sachs is looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Manager to lead GBM cloud engineering initiatives in Warsaw. You will mentor engineers, shape cloud-native patterns, and drive secure, scalable solutions on AWS and hybrid architectures for high‑impact trading and data systems.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, set product roadmaps, enforce security standards, and advance platform automation in a fast‑paced financial technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience leading cloud-native development and platform teams.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cloud engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Oversee development of reusable cloud patterns and solutions.
• Collaborate with application teams to migrate and build cloud-native apps on AWS and hybrid clouds.
• Champion secure-by-design cloud onboarding and platform governance.
• Define priorities and drive the platform roadmap and vision.
• Provide leadership updates on migrations and roadmap progress.
