Job summary

People More is seeking a M365 Consultant (Microsoft Purview) for a part-time consultancy role based in Kraków with remote work options. You will guide configuration and usage of Purview across client Microsoft 365 environments, aligning data governance and compliance initiatives.

Ideal candidates have hands-on 365 and Purview experience, strong knowledge of info protection, DLP and retention policies, and are fluent in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with information protection, DLP, compliance or data governance.
• Ability to analyse technical challenges independently and propose effective solutions.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on configuring and using Microsoft Purview.
• Review existing M365 environment and recommend solutions.
• Support information protection, data classification, compliance, and governance initiatives.
• Advise on retention policies, DLP, sensitivity labels, and data lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot ongoing technical issues and optimize configurations.
• Recommend best practices and improvements.
