Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for Enterprise Analytics in Warsaw to orchestrate critical transformations across Finance, Commercial, R&D, Labs and Innovation. You will partner with business leaders to define AI & Analytics roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery from inception to go-live and operations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement agile delivery practices, and establish governance structures to ensure value realisation across Mars' global functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects/programmes in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile delivery across multiple squads.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Analytics roadmap delivery across Enterprise Analytics and partner with business stakeholders.
• Design, structure and maintain integrated programme roadmaps with milestones and critical paths.
• Oversee product delivery teams and Scrum Masters to meet roadmap commitments.
• Establish governance, PMO leadership, and executive reporting cadences.
