Tango, a leading live-streaming platform, is seeking a VIP Account Manager to nurture relationships with our most valued users in Warsaw. You will engage daily with VIP members, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users.
• Keep track and monitor the VIP users activity on a daily basis.
• Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them.
• Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience.
• Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Previous experience at sales, customer support, or VIP account management roles, preferably from B2C companies.
• Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven.

As a plus:

• Passion for social apps
• Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Turkish)
