Veolia Energia Polska S.A. poszukuje VIE/PANGEO - Asystenta Dyrektora Projektu (M/W) w Warszawie, Polska. Rola obejmuje wsparcie inżynieryjne, zarządzanie projektem, udział w inspekcjach na placu budowy oraz utrzymanie dokumentacji projektowej.

Wymagana znajomość języka angielskiego; preferowana znajomość polskiego. Kontrakt to VIE na 12 miesięcy, lokalizacja Warszawa, wynagrodzenie 2721,91 € netto/miesiąc.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie z zakresu inżynierii energetycznej, IT w inżynierii, statystyki lub AI.
• Doświadczenie w sektorze energetycznym mile widziane.
• Udział w projektach przemysłowych będzie dodatkowym atutem.
• Umiejętności zarządzania projektem, wiedza inżynierska, dokumentacja i obsługa terenu, dobra komunikacja międzyzespołowa.

Responsibilities

• Wsparcie inżynieryjne i techniczne: przegląd dokumentacji technicznej i specyfikacji.
• Wsparcie PMO: monitorowanie harmonogramu, protokoły spotkań i follow-up z różnych torów projektu.
• Wsparcie na miejscu i operacyjne: wizyty na placu budowy i weryfikacja zgodności z jakością i HSE.
• Zarządzanie dokumentacją: utrzymanie dokumentów i repozytoriów projektowych.

Job Description

Veolia Energia Polska S.A. is looking for a VIE/PANGEO - Assistant of Project Director (M/W) in Warsaw, Poland.

YOUR MISSION

Engineering & Technical Support: Review technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering deliverables

Project Management Support (PMO): Assist the project manager in schedule tracking and progress monitoring, participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items across different project tracks

Site & Operational Support: Participate in site visits to observe construction/erection progress and verify compliance with quality and HSE procedures

Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, registers, and digital repository for seamless project delivery

• Keep up with fast-paced schedule tracking and action-item follow-ups

Qualifications

THE IDEAL PROFILE

Educational Background:Power Engineering, IT in Engineering, Statistics, or AI

Experience:

• First experience in the energy sector (a plus!)
• Participation in industrial projects (appreciated)

Additional Information

Conditions:

Contract : VIE assignment (European nationality required)

Remuneration : 2721,91 € net/month (according to the rates of October 2026)

Benefits : 30 days' leave per 12 months / Tax-free / French pension contribution
