Veolia Energia Polska S.A. is recruiting for a VIE/PANGEO - Assistant to the Project Director in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves providing engineering support, PMO assistance, and on-site operational tasks to help drive project delivery.

You will review technical documents, support schedule tracking, attend meetings, participate in site visits, and ensure adherence to quality and HSE standards. This fixed-term assignment offers exposure to international projects within Veolia.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Power Engineering, IT in Engineering, Statistics, or AI.
• First experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Participation in industrial projects is appreciated.
• Engineering knowledge and documentation/site operation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering deliverables.
• Assist the project manager in schedule tracking and progress monitoring; participate in project meetings and follow up on actions.
• Participate in site visits to observe construction progress and verify quality/HSE compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and digital repository; manage multidisciplinary engineering documentation.
• Communicate effectively with multicultural teams.
