Qualifications

• Proficiency in Estonian at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Willingness to work from the office in Kraków.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes and skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content.
• Analyze and identify content according to compliance policies.
• Make well-balanced decisions and flag discrepancies to resolve inquiries.
• Use market-specific knowledge to improve support for the user community.
• Review sensitive content that may include graphic or disturbing material.
