Job summary

InPost Group in Poland is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator for its fintech initiative, InPost Pay. The role focuses on coordinating contractor lifecycle, recruitment support, and financial operations within engineering and external workforce management.

The successful candidate will drive procurement processes, monitor hiring metrics, reconcile timesheets, and ensure smooth vendor contracts in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and offboarding.
• Support hiring activities across the Engineering organization, including OPEX-funded positions.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance, pipeline health and hiring metrics while identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational visibility into workforce capacity, hiring progress and contractor spend.
• Manage contractor and vendor agreement processes, including documentation and approvals.
• Reconcile timesheets and ensure alignment with contractual arrangements.
• Initiate and monitor invoice payment processes.

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.

We’re building a lean, highly effective engineering organization in Poland, with AI-native engineering at its core. We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers.

We're looking for a professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, operations, finance, recruitment and process automation. In this role, you'll help shape how Engineering teams manage external workforce operations, hiring processes, financial administration and data-driven decision making. AI and automation are not side projects here; they are a core part of the role.
