Job summary

InPost Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for Fintech Engineering to build and scale our cloud-native platform. You will own infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliability across Payments Core, Merchant, and Consumer platforms.

You will collaborate with software engineers, security, and compliance, contributing to architecture decisions while maintaining security and cost optimization. Hybrid work includes in-office days in Warsaw or Cracow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments in production.
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience operating cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience with security best practices for cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of databases and messaging systems in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering teams.
• English proficiency at B2 or above.
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.

We’re building a lean, highly effective engineering organization in Poland, with AI-native engineering at its core. We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers.

InPost is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational reliability across Payments Core, Merchant, and Consumer platforms. You'll work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable systems while supporting the evolution of our cloud-native platform and engineering tooling.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security practices, helping teams deliver reliable services in a highly regulated fintech environment. You’ll report to the Senior Engineering Manager and collaborate with software engineers, security specialists, and compliance stakeholders.

Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.
