Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years administering enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality.
• Expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems.
• Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes.
• Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements.
• Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities.
• Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required.
• Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements.
