Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced QA systems administrator to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment in Poznań. You will maintain business-critical quality applications, ensure compliance with industry standards, and adapt solutions to evolving organizational needs.

The role combines hands-on system administration with a consultative approach to design, problem solving, and continuous improvement across workflows, permissions, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise QMS.
• Experience with Veeva Quality platform.
• Strong knowledge of governance and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize quality management platforms.
• Design and implement system improvements based on requirements.
• Manage configuration updates and data maintenance.
• Perform validation and testing for reliability and compliance.
• Investigate complex issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Escalate as needed while driving continuous improvement.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business-critical quality applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain compliant with industry standards, and continue to meet evolving organizational needs. The ideal candidate combines strong system administration expertise with a consultative approach to solution design and problem-solving.

Your tasks

• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and their related processes
• Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements
• Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities
• Perform validation and testing activities to ensure system reliability and compliance
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required
• Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands‑on Veeva Quality experience
• Proven expertise in quality‑focused document and process management systems
• Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance
• Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance‑driven processes
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective long‑term solutions
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
