Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance a regulated digital quality management environment. You will maintain business-critical quality applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, remain compliant, and meet evolving organizational needs.

The role combines system administration expertise with consultative solution design and problem-solving. Key tasks include configuring and optimizing QMS platforms, implementing system improvements, managing large-scale data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and configuring enterprise quality management solutions with hands-on Veeva Quality experience.
• Proven expertise in quality-focused document and process management systems.
• Strong background in system configuration, workflow management, permissions, and governance.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise quality management platforms and related processes
• Design and implement system improvements based on business and operational requirements
• Manage configuration updates, enhancements, and large-scale data maintenance activities
• Perform validation and testing to ensure reliability and compliance
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis when required
• Act as an escalation point for advanced support cases while driving continuous system and user experience improvements
