Job summary

Movens Capital is seeking an Associate to help source and analyse early-stage investments in CEE, with a focus on AI-driven tech with global potential. You will work directly with two partners, contributing across the deal lifecycle from sourcing to portfolio support.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years VC/PE investing or related consulting/M&A experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for new technologies. Excellent teamwork and ownership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify new investment trends and opportunities.
• Identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and analyze cases for investment committee.
• Prepare documentation including forecasts and budgets for investments.
• Support investment team through transaction processes and reporting.
