YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert for a remote role to contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research for AI training projects. The candidate should possess senior associate or VP-level M&A or investment banking experience, with hands-on deal involvement and advanced Excel modeling.

You will build valuation models, prepare pitchbooks, and clearly communicate complex financial concepts.

Qualifications

Senior Associate or VP level experience in M&A/investment banking
Hands-on live acquisition or sale experience
Strong Excel financial modeling and valuation skills
Experience with target screening, comparables, and pitchbook prep
Able to review and improve client-facing materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis for AI training
Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis
Build and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models
Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials
Analyze financial materials for inaccuracies and valuation issues
Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and sensitivities
Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts
