The ideal candidate will have over 9 years in UX/UI or Product Design, with substantial leadership experience and a strong understanding of design principles. Responsibilities include conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evolving design systems.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI strategy across multiple digital products and platforms.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces.
• Own and evolve the design system for consistency and reuse.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Mentor and guide designers, raising overall design quality and maturity.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across all products.
• Drive design alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
