Job summary

Avenga is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for the banking sector. The ideal candidate will lead UX/UI activities, conduct user research, and design cohesive interfaces that align with Design Systems and accessibility standards.

The role requires strong collaboration with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers to translate business needs into user-centered experiences and drive ongoing product improvements across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering UX/UI design for digital products.
• Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining Design Systems.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
• Develop and maintain Design Systems.
