Bank Millennium ищет UX-дизайнера для совместной разработки омниканальных клиентских процессов и интерфейсов финансовых продуктов. Вы будете работать над картами путешествия клиента, прототипами и документацией.

Требуется опыт в user-centered дизайне не менее 4 лет, умение создавать Design System, владение Adobe XD, Figma, Mural, а также английский. Работа в Варшаве на постоянной основе.

Qualifications

• Не менее 4 лет опыта проектирования омниканальных клиентских сервисов.
• Знание методологий user-centered design и умение привязать UX к бизнес-целям.
• Глубокое владение процессом дизайна: Discover → Define → Design → Test → Iterate.
• Опыт UX writing / Content Design и работы с контентом в цифровых продуктах.
• Умение работать с Design Systems и масштабируемыми решениями.
• Знание доступности WCAG 2.x и инклюзивного дизайна.
• Портфолио проектов UX/UI, желательно с омниканальными процессами.
• Свободное владение английским языком.

Responsibilities

Bank Millennium provides complex financial products and services, including loans, investments, and post-sale customer support, across mobile, web, branch, contact center, and self-service channels.

• Co-create and develop omnichannel customer processes and experiences across mobile, web, branch, contact center, and self-service channels
• Design user experiences and interfaces for complex financial products and services
• Work with Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, and User Flows to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with business, IT, product owners, analytics, compliance, and legal teams to translate user needs into design solutions
• Develop and apply the Design System and design standards across all channels
• Conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative UX research and usability tests
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
• Analyze processes using market data, organizational data, and qualitative and quantitative research data
• Incorporate digital accessibility, regulatory, and security requirements into design solutions
• Contribute to the development of design and customer-centric culture
• Monitor results of designed solutions and optimize them
• Collaborate with developers on application development and test implemented changes
• Create and optimize UX content, including microcopy, system messages, and forms, in line with brand tone of voice and legal and compliance requirements
• Define, monitor, and report UX KPIs, including adoption and conversion metrics in end-to-end processes
• Create presentations and materials describing the design process, customer journeys, UX decisions, research results, testing outcomes, and UX impact on business goals
• Track market trends in UX, design, technology, and society
• Manage personal workload, plan design activities within strategic initiatives, prioritize tasks, deliver end-to-end outcomes, and communicate work status and risks transparently

• At least 4 years of experience designing omnichannel customer experiences, including complex digital products or end-to-end processes
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to connect UX expertise with business requirements
• Very good knowledge of the design process: Discovery → Define → Design → Test → Iterate
• Experience in UX Writing / Content Design and working with content in digital products
• Ability to work with Design Systems and design scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Adobe design tools, including Adobe XD, Mural, and preferably Figma and FigJam
• Proficiency in interaction prototyping
• Analytical thinking and experience working with research insights, analytics, KPIs, NPS, CES, and qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to define and work with UX KPIs, measure solution effectiveness, and draw conclusions
• Knowledge of accessibility principles, including WCAG 2.x, and inclusive design
• Experience designing information architecture
• Portfolio presenting UX/UI projects, preferably including omnichannel processes or complex service ecosystems
• Ability to create clear presentations and design storytelling for different stakeholder groups
• Confidence presenting and justifying design decisions
• Awareness of technological constraints and ability to collaborate with development teams
• Proactivity, creativity, and focus on achieving a real impact on customer experience and business goals
• Independence, good work organization, and responsibility for the assigned scope
• Ability to create customer journeys and possible usage scenarios
• Very good command of English
• Nice to have: Experience in the financial, banking, or regulated sector
