Job summary

iiyama, a Japanese display brand, seeks an experienced UX/UI Designer to own the user experience of iiyama.com, partner portals and future digital platforms. Based in Wrocław, Poland, this hybrid role combines interface design, usability testing and data-driven validation with close collaboration with developers.

You will drive UX strategy across digital products, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable UX improvements and product thinking.
• Experience working closely with software developers and digital product teams.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and design systems.
• Experience with enterprise websites preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-centred solutions.

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to own and continuously improve the user experience of iiyama.com, partner portals, and future digital platforms.

This role will drive user-centred design decisions, customer journey optimisation, usability improvements and digital innovation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing interfaces, validating concepts with data and collaborating closely with developers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Kindly note this role is based in Wrocław, Poland, and follows a hybrid model (3–4 days per week in-office, depending on location).

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Expert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, FigJam)
• Experience validating design decisions with analytics and behavioural data (GA4, Clarity, Hotjar or similar)
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for research synthesis and rapid prototyping (e.g. Lovable, Cursor)
