Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a UX/UI Design Trainee to support the design of intuitive digital interfaces. You will collaborate with UX/UI professionals, participate in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system contributions, while building your portfolio.
The role requires an active student status in UX Design or related fields, basic Figma skills, and good English communication. Hybrid work is available, with at least one day per week in the Gdańsk office.

To develop professional expertise in UX/UI design while supporting the delivery of intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital solutions. The role provides hands‑on experience in user research, interface design, prototyping, and cross‑functional collaboration within the UX/UI Design team.
