Software Mind in Kraków, Poland is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Design Team. You will ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across products, collaborating with senior designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver delightful interfaces.

You will design flows, build design systems, and validate ideas with user research and usability testing. The role requires strong Figma skills, portfolio, and the ability to work with international teams across projects.

Project – the aim you’ll have

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Design Team and work with other Designers to ensure we successfully deliver new products and features to market that delight our customers and align with our strategy. As a Designer, you will provide a consistent and intuitive user experience of our clients’ products across various sectors. Applying a user-centric approach, you aim to deliver the best experience, creating easy-to-use, high-performing digital products.

Role – How You’ll Contribute

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products. You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.

• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design quality and delivery.

Additional Skills – The Edge You Have

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, frontend component libraries.
• Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption.
