Job summary

iiyama, a Japanese display brand, seeks an experienced UX/UI Designer to own the user experience of iiyama.com, partner portals and future digital platforms. Based in Wrocław, Poland, this hybrid role combines interface design, usability testing and data-driven validation with close collaboration with developers.

You will drive UX strategy across digital products, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable UX improvements and product thinking.
• Experience working closely with software developers and digital product teams.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and design systems.
• Experience with enterprise websites preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-centred solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive UX strategy across all digital platforms.
• Design wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyse customer behaviour and identify friction points.
• Improve navigation, product discovery, filtering and self-service experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners.
• Validate design decisions through analytics and user feedback.
• Leverage AI tools for research, prototyping, testing and design acceleration.
