Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj is seeking a UI/UX designer to collaborate with business and development teams to translate user needs into UX solutions. You will design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI concepts from idea to validation, while promoting usability and accessibility across digital products.

Qualifications

Proven UI/UX design experience.
Strong Figma expertise and proficiency with design systems.
Solid knowledge of UX principles and accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI concepts from idea to validation.
Promote best practices in usability, accessibility, and consistent UX across digital products.
Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable design assets.
Collaborate with business, development teams, product owners, and vendors to translate user needs into UX solutions.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and concept validation.
Ensure digital experiences align with brand guidelines and design standards.
