Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences from ideation to validation. You will design journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI concepts, while maintaining design systems and Figma libraries.

A strong eye for usability, accessibility, and brand alignment is essential, with enthusiasm for integrating AI into the design process. The role emphasizes collaboration across business and development teams, with a hybrid work model in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong expertise in Figma (design systems, UI kits, prototyping).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (basic photo editing and icon creation).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability and accessibility.
• Attention to detail and passion for intuitive UX.
• Interest in using AI in the design process.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.
