Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy seeks a UX/UI Designer to translate user needs into elegant digital solutions. You will design journeys, build prototypes, and maintain design systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent UX across products.

Strong Figma skills, UX knowledge, and English communication are essential. The role follows a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration at the Katowice office and is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Figma, including design systems, UI kits, and prototyping.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (basic photo editing and icon creation).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and modern design practices.
• Interest in using AI as part of the design process.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, development teams, product owners, and vendors to understand user needs and translate them into UX solutions.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI concepts from idea to validation.
• Promote best practices in usability, accessibility, and consistent user experience across digital products.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, Figma libraries, and reusable design assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and concept validation.
• Ensure digital experiences align with brand guidelines and design standards.
