The purpose of this role is to design comprehensive user experience solutions for our B2B digital solutions, including the e-commerce platform that serves our hearing care professionals and business customers. You will focus on creating intuitive user flows, information architecture and interaction design patterns that streamline complex B2B purchasing processes. Working closely with our international Experience Design team, you'll leverage the latest UX methodologies and design tools to enhance our B2B customer experience.
