Job summary

LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects after sales sign-off. The role ensures technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance across the project lifecycle, working with EPCs, grid operators, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
Necessary Certifications to work on site.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE.

Responsibilities

Lead project handover from sales/presales after contract signing.
Plan and execute commissioning activities for utility-scale BESS projects.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
Ensure compliance with technical specs, grid requirements, and safety standards.
Oversee maintenance planning and provide O&M support.
