Job summary

Reality Games is seeking a Unity Developer to join the Product department in Kraków, on-site, Monday to Friday. You will design and develop interactive gaming experiences, collaborating across teams to push the boundaries of creativity.

The role involves building multiplayer, location-aware features for mobile titles, mentoring juniors, and aligning with backend engineers on client-server communication. A relocation package is provided for those joining from outside Kraków.

Qualifications

• Experience in game development using Unity is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop interactive gaming experiences.
• Implement game functionality as per design specifications.
• Optimize game performance for different platforms.
• Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
• Build multiplayer big data-based games in Unity for mobile platforms.
• Create development workflows across production and maintenance of titles.
• Develop location-aware and multiplayer-enabled features.
• Create and maintain development tools.
• Guide junior developers and share knowledge with other Unity developers.
• Assist game designers in validating ideas with technical input.
• Work with backend engineers on client-server communication.
• Help establish Unity development standards across the team.
