Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Unity 3D and C#.
• 3+ years of professional game development experience.
• Good communication skills and being a team player.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and profiling tools.
• Understanding of common architectural patterns and good coding practices.
• Very good command of English and Polish for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA to implement features.
• Optimize performance and improve technical pipelines.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and ensure high coding standards.
