Job summary

Reality Games is hiring for a full-time art-focused role in Krakow. You will create and integrate 2D and 3D assets, help shape the visual style, and prepare visuals for marketing assets. You’ll collaborate with senior artists to implement assets in Unity and optimize them for mobile performance.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio that shows your artistic skill, eye for detail, and versatility.
• Proficiency in at least one key area: 2D illustration, 3D modeling, UI art, or concept art.
• Basic understanding of game engines (ideally Unity).
• Good sense of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ability to work across disciplines and juggle different visual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of 2D and 3D assets for environments, UI, icons, characters, and VFX.
• Help maintain and develop the game’s visual style across all aspects of production.
• Assist in preparing visuals for marketing materials (e.g., screenshots, promo banners, app store assets).
• Work closely with senior artists and designers to implement assets in Unity.
• Take part in optimizing and preparing assets for mobile performance.
• Contribute ideas and visual solutions for new features and live content.
