Job summary

Ten Square Games in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to turn ideas into engaging features loved by millions of players. You will collaborate with designers, artists and QA to optimize performance, ship new game features, and ensure clean, high-quality code across mobile titles.

Fluency in English and Polish is expected, and the role follows a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Unity 3D and C#.
• Very good command of English and Polish for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate closely with the teams and the product manager.

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will turn your ideas into features millions of players love. You’ll team up with designers, artists, and QA to bring our games to life, optimize performance, and keep the fun running smoothly. Job requirements:

What will you be doing?

• Cooperating closely with the teams and the product manager;
• Implementing new game features for our games;
• Improving technical pipelines;
• Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks;
• Ensuring high standards and good coding practices.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent knowledge of Unity 3D and C#;
• 3+ years of professional game development experience;
• Good communication skills and being a team player;
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and experience with profiling tools;
• Understanding of common architectural patterns and knowledge of good coding practices;
• At least a basic understanding of data structures;
• Very good command of English and Polish which allows for free communication in everyday work.
