Xceedance is seeking an Underwriting Analyst in Kraków to interpret insurance documents, with a focus on loss run reports and exposures. You will compile submission data, input historical and projected exposures, and collaborate with actuaries and underwriters to forecast values.

The role emphasizes knowledge of the global insurance market, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and correct errors while driving process improvements for European clients.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret insurance documents with focus on loss run reports and exposures.
• Ensure submission data is compiled in a unified format and input historical and projected exposures into systems.
• Develop knowledge of the global insurance market.
• Compile claims from various lines of business.
• Prepare comparison reports and forecast values for exposures with actuaries and underwriters.
• Detect errors or inconsistencies and initiate corrections.
• Initiate and facilitate process changes for European clients.
