About The Role

Please note: This is a short-term, full-time position (3 months).

We are looking for a UX Designer who can create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and visually consistent design solutions. In this role, you will contribute to UX research and product design while helping evolve Proxet's brand identity across digital platforms and marketing materials. You will also use AI tools, particularly Claude, to streamline design workflows and create high-quality, brand-aligned content.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.
• Strong ability to understand the importance of a good user experience and effectively contribute to the overall product development process.
• Experience developing, defining, and documenting extensible corporate brand identity covering digital, print, and architectural expressions. Strong ability to create brand motifs and iconography.
• Hands-on experience creating brand-consistent digital experiences and marketing materials, including landing pages, promotional content, and other visual assets, with the ability to consistently follow and apply established brand guidelines.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing the design process and a range of user-interface deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of interaction patterns, with a strong focus on incorporating industry best practices in web applications.
• Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design principles, enabling design in accordance with platform-specific standards.
• Proficiency in Figma, using it as a primary tool for design creation and collaboration.
• Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and grow as a designer, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Strong commitment to ethical design principles, ensuring user privacy, inclusivity, and accessibility are prioritized in design work.
• AI-Assisted Design: Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to support design workflows, create visual content briefs, document brand guidelines, and generate design materials while maintaining a high level of brand consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow for building, editing, and maintaining responsive web pages and landing pages.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand, customize, and troubleshoot web page layouts and styles.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to support design workflows, generate marketing materials, and create brand-aligned content.

• Document design patterns and contribute to the development of design libraries.
• Use established best practices and personal insights to make informed design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools, particularly Claude, to streamline design workflows and create brand-aligned content and visual materials.
• Develop clear, structured, and reusable brand guidelines and instructions that enable both team members and AI tools to create materials with a high degree of consistency with Proxet's brand identity and standards.
