Job description

Combine remote work with an office work in the heart of Wrocław

As a UX Designer at Vazco, you’ll have the freedom to shape entirely new multimodal AI experiences - from intuitive agentic interfaces and RAG-powered apps to voicebots and generative AI tools. UX/UI will be your domain, backed by our design team of experienced AI engineers and specialists.

You’ll pioneer user-friendly solutions for cutting-edge AI projects, grow your skills and have real influence on our methodology and product direction. Join us to design the future of human-AI interaction.

What will be your responsibilities?
Your responsibilities as a UX Designer will include:
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Owning the end‑to‑end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements.
  • Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings.
  • Using AI tools in your daily work, staying curious about new AI solutions, and enjoying exploring how they can improve the design process.
  • Designing with a good understanding of UX research - if you can run research independently, that’s a big plus.
  • Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process, especially at the mid‑level and above, where self‑sufficiency really matters.
Are we a match?
You meet all our criteria if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Excellent command of English (B2/C1).
  • Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow.
  • Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start‑ups to corporations).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to clearly convey the significance of your work, the decisions and compromises made, the insights gained, and the reasoning behind your designs.
  • Willingness to participate in creating AI products.
  • Knowledge of design principles.
  • Ability to experiment and find new solutions.
  • Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms.
