Job summary

Ansell is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end experience for Ansell.com in Cracow, Poland. You will define the UX vision, maintain a scalable design system, and translate research insights into intuitive journeys that improve conversion and engagement.

You will drive the full UX lifecycle from research to optimization, collaborating with product, content, development, and regional stakeholders. A strong background in UX research, IA, and interaction design is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HCI, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in UX design.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a scalable design system for digital platforms.
  • Strong UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, analyze customer behavior, monitor digital trends, and benchmark competitors to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, component-based design system, promoting consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Design and prototype user-centered solutions, including wireframes, customer journeys, and new feature concepts that address user needs and business objectives.
  • Own and maintain the website’s information architecture, ensuring clear navigation and intuitive user flows across global and regional pages.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of UX improvements, from ideation through handoff to development and content teams, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Act as a UX ambassador, advocating for best practices and educating stakeholders across regions and teams to foster buy-in and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, identifying usability issues, prioritizing enhancements, and designing experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion and engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leaders, communicating insights, proposed improvements, and performance outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methods, continuously bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to elevate the user experience.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, the UI/UX Designer leads the end-to-end experience for Ansell.com, ensuring a premium, consistent, and high-performing global website.


This role blends strategy and hands-on execution. You will define the UX vision, maintain a scalable design system, and translate research insights into intuitive journeys and features that improve conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.


You will drive the full UX lifecycle: research, strategy, design, prototyping, testing, and continuous optimization, while collaborating closely with product, content, development, and regional stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in UX research methods, interaction design, information architecture, and performance optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENT

Education


  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, InteractionDesign, or a related field — or equivalent proven experience


Experience


  • 4-5 years of experience in UX design

  • Expertise in UX design methodologies: jobs-to-be-done framework, customer journey mapping, user stories, wireframes, prototyping, and information architecture.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze online user behavior and translate data into actionable insights and design improvements.

  • Skilled in creating clear briefings for design and development teams.

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining a scalable design system for digital platforms.

Additional Information
