Job summary

Outokumpu, a global leader in sustainable stainless steel, seeks a cyber assurance professional in Katowice to strengthen cybersecurity. The role offers an international, collaborative environment with a hybrid on-site model.

You will manage cyber compliance, review regulations, and coordinate with business, legal and procurement to finalise documentation and policies, while fostering a strong security culture. Salary range in Poland: 17 700 – 22 000 PLN gross.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise to execute cyber assurance compliance.
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience in cyber assurance or related domain.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Information Technologies or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage cyber compliance, including reviewing regulations and conducting compliance cyber risk evaluations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of OTK cyber security compliance requirements.
• Coordinate between business, procurement, legal and finalizing the documentation of the OTK cyber security.
• Cyber security collaboration with compliance, legal team and legal procurement.
• Cyber security collaboration with business and other functions.
• Update and review cyber security policies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with all Outokumpu employees to cultivate a robust cyber security culture across the organization.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
