Job summary

Accenture is delivering a multi-year Intelligent Operations banking modernization program, embedding AI in the way of working to accelerate specification, design and test case generation across ServiceNow, RPA and API workstreams. You will own end-to-end UAT planning, scheduling and execution across program workstreams, translating requirements into structured, traceable test scenarios for business users.

As a UAT lead, you will coordinate with the Test Manager to align UAT with entry and exit

Qualifications

Experience leading UAT on banking or financial services transformation programs.
Strong ability to influence business stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA or X-Ray.
Managerial experience, capable of leading a small team or workstream.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UAT planning, scheduling, and execution across program workstreams.
Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and translate requirements into test scenarios.
Act as single point of contact for business stakeholders during UAT phases.
Coordinate with Test Manager to align UAT with entry/exit criteria and governance.
Lead scope validation, business readiness, and sign-off conditions with leads.
Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with delivery teams.
Produce UAT status reports, defect dashboards, and formal sign-off documentation.
Identify and escalate risks and blockers to UAT progress promptly.
Support post-UAT retrospectives and contribute to testing process improvements.
