Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced QA/Test professional to join our Avaloq testing team in Warsaw. You will participate in large transformation projects for Private Banking and Wealth Management, focusing on quality assurance across multiple testing types and data validation.

You will design and execute test scenarios, validate requirements, and contribute to test planning and automation discussions. This role offers exposure to global clients and a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of software testing experience, preferably Avaloq.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of testing lifecycles, methodologies and best practices.
• Business domain knowledge in at least one banking area such as Securities Operations or Payments.

Responsibilities

• Be part of large Avaloq transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
• Participate in banking software implementation with emphasis on QA, testing, validation and maintenance.
• Design, prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios, cases and data.
• Validate requirements to ensure complete test coverage and quality.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and UAT testing; analyze defects.
• Contribute to test planning, reporting and QA governance; use JIRA/Confluence.
• Expose to Java, VBA, JavaScript and test automation tools like Selenium.
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting with PL/SQL querying.
