Social Discovery Group (SDG) is expanding its global marketing team and seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook campaigns, analyze performance via GA4 and CRM, and optimize ROI from multiple channels. The role is remote and full-time, with attractive benefits and ongoing learning opportunities.

You will collaborate with a diverse international team, report insights, test new strategies, and drive scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Facebook expert with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with campaigns automation (API and autorules) is required.
• Meta Blueprint certificate is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• English at B2 level; Russian at C1+ level is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity and problem-solving abilities.

User Acquisition Manager

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

We Expect From You

• Facebook expert, at least 3 year experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is additional advantage;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• English is B2, Russian C1+ ;
• Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
• Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases; Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.
