Fun Crafters in Poland is seeking a UA Creatives Lead for a new AAA mobile RPG project. This hands-on role requires 5+ years creating performance creatives for mobile games, including leadership experience, and a portfolio of scalable ads.

You will own the creative strategy, prototype ideas with AI-native workflows, test hypotheses, and build a pipeline with briefs, templates, and analytics. Remote-first, with flexible hybrid options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years making performance creatives for mobile games.
Portfolio of ads with demonstrated results.
Experience creating performance ads for licensed IP, balancing brand guidelines and licensor approvals.
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with data-driven decisions.
Hands-on skills in video editing, motion design, and gameplay capture.
Daily use of generative AI tools for video, images, and voice.

Responsibilities

IP and brand: build concepts around characters and stories fans love, create ads true to brand.
Ideation: turn market research and insights into testable hypotheses.
Execution: scale winners with new hooks, formats, and lengths.
Hands-on involvement: prototype ideas using AI-native approaches.
Own creative results with UA team: plan tests and decide what to scale or stop.
Track creative fatigue and keep a steady flow of new concepts.
Build the creative pipeline: briefs, templates, naming, analytics, AI workflows, licensor approvals.
Own the creative library and tools.
