Job summary

Brenntag Polska is seeking a P2P Analyst - Accounts Payable with Turkish language skills to support our Procure-to-Pay processes in a transition environment. You will ensure timely invoice processing and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in P2P AP, a Finance/Accounting degree, and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP tools, with strong English and Turkish communication. Hybrid work model offered in Łódź city centre.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in P2P accounts payable.
• Education in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in transition projects is an asset.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent English and Turkish language skills (min B level).
• Experience in shared service centers or outsourcing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices for validity and compliance.
• Process invoices accurately within service levels and KPIs.
• Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes with proper controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain relationships.
• Prepare standard analytical reports and accounting schedules.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Resolve operational issues or escalate complex cases.
