Qualifications

• Experience in P2P AP processes.
• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• Dutch language skills (B level) required.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Transition project experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices within service levels and KPIs.
• Handle AP and T&E processes promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
