J.P. Morgan in Warsaw is seeking a Treasury Regional Analytics Associate to support EU, UK and Latin America entities, translating balance sheet activity into insights for senior leaders.
You will monitor liquidity measures (LCR, NSFR), track balance sheet shifts, and provide analysis for ALCOs, regulator requests, and monthly signoffs. The role offers exposure to CIB products and cross-team collaboration to deepen expertise in liquidity risk.
Play a direct role in how a global bank manages liquidity, collateral, and capital across international legal entities. You will help translate balance sheet activity into clear insights that inform senior leaders and regulatory-facing discussions.
As a Treasury Regional Analytics Associate within the The Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Treasury team you will support the broader EU team, who supports the CIB's legal entities within the EU, UK and Latin America region and drives analytic review on actual and projected liquidity and collateral positions at an entity level. You will gain exposure to a broad suite of CIB products and business events. You will also have exposure across the organization and is an excellent opportunity to get a broad view of the CIB's activity internationally. You will work for a team which manages the capital and liquidity resource usage of the CIB's businesses - both at firm-wide and legal entity levels, establishes market-based funds transfer pricing policy and develops methodologies and metrics to improve collateral and liquidity risk management capabilities.
