Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking a Treasury Back Office Team Leader to support cash and liquidity management and financial risk management. You will lead the team, promote growth, ensure process stability and align activities with the Group Treasury strategy.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and close collaboration with Group Treasury and auditors, while delivering daily operations and monthly reports. The position is hybrid with two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching, developing and engaging team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Treasury Back Office team and provide leadership and guidance.
• Streamline treasury processes to reduce manual work and errors.
• Ensure daily operations and monthly reporting run smoothly.
• Collaborate with Group Treasury and internal auditors during audits.
• Manage priorities, projects, and process documentation updates.
