Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań is seeking a Treasury Back Office Specialist to handle daily and monthly treasury activities, including settlement, reconciliation, and cash flow support. The role involves SCF/factoring operations, vendor onboarding, and close collaboration with internal teams and auditors.

The position offers hybrid work with at least two days in the office weekly, and a focus on accuracy and stakeholder coordination in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Finance, Accounting or Treasury; Accounts Payable experience a plus.
• Experience in a shared services or BPO within an international organization.
• Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP.
• Understanding of accounting principles and terminology.
• Comfortable with operational processes requiring accuracy and coordination.
• Enjoys diverse, international environment; proactive with banks and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Treasury Back Office activities: settlement, confirmation and accounting of treasury transactions.
• Execute month-end Back Office activities: balance sheet reconciliations, HFM reporting and closing tasks.
• Manage back-office side of SCF/factoring: onboarding vendors, data maintenance, liaising with banks.
• Prepare Treasury reports and support regular reporting activities.
• Manage daily bank accounting activities.
• Support Cash Flow Forecasts for Western European Carlsberg entities.
• Support Group Treasury in liquidity and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with Genpact Cash Management Team and other stakeholders.
• Cooperate with auditors and external banks.
• Contribute to Treasury process improvements and projects.
