Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services (CSS) is seeking a Treasury Back Office Specialist in Poznań. The role covers daily and monthly treasury activities, including settlement, confirmations and accounting, plus support for cash forecasting and liquidity management.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with internal finance teams and external partners, and contribute to continuous treasury process improvements within an international environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury.
• Experience in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment, preferably within an international organization.
• Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Treasury Back Office activities including settlement, confirmation and accounting of treasury transactions.
• Execute month-end Treasury Back Office activities including balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Manage operational back-office side of the SCF/factoring programme, including onboarding and vendor setup.
• Prepare Treasury reports and support regular reporting activities.
• Support cash flow forecasts and liquidity management.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and banks.
• Contribute to process improvements and Treasury projects.
