HedgeServ is seeking a Fund Accounting Transitions professional in Kraków to onboard new clients onto the HedgeServ platform from a Fund Accounting perspective. Reporting to the Director, with support from the Managing Director, you will reconcile NAVs to prior administrators and hand over to the NAV team for daily and monthly processes.
You will lead a team, review work, and develop junior staff, with induction and AML/KYC training provided.

The successful candidate will join the team responsible for onboarding of new clients from a Fund Accounting perspective onto the HedgeServ platform, reporting directly to the Director in this department but also with the support of the Managing Director. The Fund Accounting Transitions team will, by the end of each new client transition, have reconciled back all aspects of the NAV to the prior administrator and handed the client over to the NAV team who will then move on with Hedgeserv’s daily and monthly processes. The requisite Induction Training will be provided in addition to both compulsory training (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional role-specific training shall be provided by the Director.
